Eligibility

• Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags attached if applicable).

• All sales are final. No returns.

How It Works

1. Contact Us: Email info@thervlry.net or send a direct message to @the.rvlry on Instagram with your order number

2. Receive a Return Label: Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label.

3. Ship It Back: Use the provided label to return your item directly to our return address.

4. Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your item, your replacement will be shipped promptly.
